Jeanne H. Stosser, President

Jeanne Stosser is the President of Campus Management Group, and SAS Builders, Inc. and has been involved in real estate development, investment, and management since 1976 in the Montgomery County, Virginia area. She is a recipient of the Distinguished Business Person of the Year from the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce in 2014, New River Valley Homebuilders Association Builder of the Year Award in 2009, Small Business Person of the Year Award from the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce in 2000, New River Valley Association of Realtors Developer of the Year Award in 1997, Distinguished Business Person of the Year, and past president of the New River Valley Homebuilders Association. Ms. Stosser is a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Scott A. Stosser, Senior Vice President

Scott Stosser is a partial owner of Campus Management Group and is a member of SAS Builders, Inc. Mr. Stosser is a Class A Contractor and has held the position of Construction Superintendent, supervising the construction of numerous single and multi-family housing developments in the New River Valley since 1994. He is a recipient of the New River Valley Builder of the Year Award and is owner/partial owner of a variety of properties in Montgomery County.

Jeffrey P. Stosser, Senior Vice President

Jeff Stosser has been involved in property management and real estate development and investment for over 19 years. He is a partial owner of Campus Management Group, and is a member of SAS Builders, Inc. and holds the position of Financial Analyst and Estimator with these companies. He was the frontman of Triplecom Broadband Solutions and is a 1993 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Engineering. Mr. Stosser is a licensed real estate agent in the Commonwealth of Virginia, is a BPI Certified Building Analyst Professional, and is owner/partial owner of a variety of properties in Montgomery County.

Joann S. Craig, Chief Financial Officer

Joann S. Craig joined CMG in 2001 as our Chief Financial Officer and has 32 years of broad in-depth experience in real estate, construction, healthcare, and finance. Mrs. Craig took over the operations of CMG in 2004 and continues to lead the operations. She has worked with the Development division to grow the company from 1200 beds to 3500 beds. Ms. Craig has financed over $200 million in loans. Her specialty is non-recourse financing. She has also closed over $100 million in recourse construction loans. Prior to joining the company, Mrs. Craig was CFO for American Healthcare a company with revenues over $50 million and 2,000 employees. Mrs. Craig graduated in 1983 from Radford University with a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Accounting.

Charlie Comer, Chief Asset Management Officer

Charlie Comer is the Chief Asset Management Officer for Campus Management Group and the Vice President of Construction for SAS Builders, Inc. Mr. Comer is a Virginia Tech graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He is OSHA certified, a Certified Pool Operator, lead-based paint certified, Class A Builder, licensed plumber, licensed electrician, and Fair Housing certified. He is a recipient of the New River Valley Builder of the Year Award and is owner/partial owner of a variety of properties in Montgomery County. He has 29 years of building experience and has been with the company since 2003.

Emily Taylor, NALP, CAM, CMCA, Chief Operating Officer

Emily Taylor is the Chief Operating Officer for Campus Management Group. Mrs. Taylor is a 2002 graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Business Management. She received her NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional) designation in 2005 and her CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) designation in 2007. She received her CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation in 2011. Mrs. Taylor is Fair Housing certified and has been with the company since 2002.

Dodie Webb, Chief Accounting Officer

Dodie Webb joined Chief Accounting Officer as the Controller in 2001. Ms. Webb is responsible for the financial reporting functions and budgeting for Campus Management Group owned and managed properties including Homeowners and Condo Associations. She brings over 30 years of real estate and construction accounting experience to the job. Ms. Webb is the company interface with financial institutions and is responsible for cash management. Ms. Webb was instrumental in switching the accounting from a DOS to a web-based system in 2013.

Jason Taylor, Chief Information Officer

Jason began his career with CMG in 2001, working closely with Jeff Stosser at Triplecom, a "triple play" company providing video, data, and voice services to the residents of Campus Management Group’s properties. Following Triplecom, Jason transitioned to IT Manager for all of CMG Leasing & SAS Builders, managing projects such as building out the VPN infrastructure used between 7+ offices, data mining SQL databases used for metrics and analysis, consolidating physical servers using VMware, upgrading legacy PBX phone systems to state of the art VoIP systems, and taking CMG to the cloud, utilizing Google's ever-expanding, redundant infrastructure. Between November 2009 and July 2014, Jason was Director of Technology, then Chief Technology Officer for a Google Apps Professional Services partner, Dito. He made close to a dozen trips out to Google's headquarters in Mountain View, CA. His claim to fame is that he helped design several of the Google Apps certification exams. Out of the thousands of Google Apps Certified Deployment Specialists, Jason was the 56th person in the world to earn it. Today, Jason is back full time with CMG, applying the new skills learned to transform CMG into an industry leader by utilizing advanced technologies like custom web applications to assist with leasing, location-based services for maintenance, as well as mobility and collaboration initiatives that the entire company benefits from. Jason studied Management Science & Information Technology with a concentration in Decision Support Systems, from Virginia Tech.
